Veycent Media ("Veycent," "we," "us") runs getveycent.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you request a free ad audit or contact us, we collect what you enter: your name, business name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, and any message you include.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers may collect basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device, approximate location based on IP address, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site. We use analytics and advertising tools, such as the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Google Ads conversion tracking, which may use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits and form submissions.

How we share information

Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage ad personalization in your Google account settings and your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. Blocking cookies won't stop you from using the site.
How long we keep information
We keep audit requests and contact details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business relationship, and then delete them unless we need to keep them for legal or accounting reasons.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) to the site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information you've given us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@getveycent.com.
Nevada residents: we do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. You may still submit a request regarding the sale of your information to hello@getveycent.com.
Children
This site is meant for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date above. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
